Fishing For Schooling Bass With A Wacky Rig | Florida Pre-Spawn Winter Bass

Please watch: “Lake Kissimmee Tournament Bass Fishing – We Caught a GIANT! ”
Bass fishing with a WACKY RIG is an easy and productive technique that’s used all over the country. Although Florida winter’s aren’t very cold, any drop in water temperatures will hinder the action. When this happens, I often resort to a finesse technique, like the Wacky Rig. In this video, we’re Bass fishing on the Butler Chain of Lakes near Orlando, Florida. It’s a couple days after a cold front, and we’re seeing a lot of schooling Bass on the surface. They’re chasing small shad and minnows, but the won’t eat top water lures. But, as usual, they will hit the WACKY RIG. Our lure of choice was the 5″ CAL worm (watermelon/red) from DOA Lures. http;//www.doalures.com

I’ve fished all over the country, and fished with anglers from all over the world. Let me know what you think of my vids, and feel free to give me some ideas for future content. – Chuck Pippin Jr.
