How to fish a speed worm in scattered grass for Largemouth Bass… There are many ways to do it, but this is HOW I DO IT. Summer bass fishing can be tough. Sometimes you just have to buckle down and go look for them. One of the most popular techniques for doing this here in Central Florida is to “slow roll” a speed worm. In this video, I show you how to, or how I do it, slow roll a speed worm (like a spinner bait). We’re using 20 – 30 pound braided line, an 1/8 ounce weight, and a 4/0 offset wide gap hook. Just cast it out, and reel it in. They’ll eat. There’s a little more to it than that. Just watch the video to learn how to do it.
